NHS Pay Award
The Government has accepted the recommendation of the Agenda for Change Pay Review Body in respect of pay as part of a package. The Pay Award will be 3.3% and the same has been accepted by Wales and Northern Ireland. The POA in conjunction with other trade unions will be entering into negotiations next week about the package.
