CIRC 011: EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS BILL 2

POA Circular 62/2025 outlined the POA’s support for The Campaign for Trade Union Freedom and Strike Map’s call for an ‘Employment Rights Bill 2’.

The Employment Rights Act was passed in December 2025. The act brings into law a number of commitments made by the Labour Party in its “New Deal for Working People”. However, the POA do not believe that the Act goes far enough. The attached document outlines our demand for an ‘Employment Rights Bill 2’.
