Free Online course for Black union members: An introduction to the role - Union Health & Safety Rep

The TUC is running some introductory courses for Black union members which are free, online, open to any Black member of a TUC affiliated union.

The TUC are trying to encourage more people to consider the role of health and safety rep, but especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. We know from previous surveys that, across the movement, our safety rep demographic is not as diverse as the wider workforce.

There are two sessions to choose from. They are free, online and open to any member who defines as Black (so long as they are not already a safety rep!)
