SCOTLAND: RE 35 HOUR WORKING WEEK – LOCAL DISCUSSIONS

Dear Colleagues

Following our SNC meeting I was asked to write to you all in relation to your local discussions around the 35-hour working week rostering proposals.   

Given the timeframe, the SNC are keen to know where each of the branches are in terms of reaching an agreed position on the roster changes to facilitate the 35-hour working week commitment, from the 2 year pay deal.

Can you respond to adminscot@poauk.org.uk by return, with an up-to-date position of your own  positions and what stage you are at in terms of reaching agreements.
