As you will know, the POA have been improving its online member services. As part of this improvement, we have implemented a Self-Service solution that allows the Branch Secretary and the Branch Members to have access to their own details. This Self-Service solution will allow the user to edit their own personal details: Address, Phone, Email, Job Title and Grade, Mailing Preferences and the POA Death in Service Benefit Nominees.
If you are a Branch Secretary, you will also have access to a list of all members at your own branch. Please note you will only see “Current” members, anyone that has left or had their membership suspended will not be shown in the list. You will not be able to see members’ personal details.
To register for access to the Self-Service module, please go to the POA Website www.poauk.org.uk
When you have registered you will see your own personal data, as held by the POA. If you need to update/change your data, you select “Personal Details” from the menu ribbon. Update your data and Save.
If you are a Branch Secretary you will gain access to your current branch membership list by looking at the top right of the page and select “My Organisation”, here is where you will see your Branch Membership List.
** Please note to successfully register that your Surname, Email and Date of Birth must match the data held by POA. ***
If you have any issues, please contact: -

Please bring this circular to the attention of all POA members.
Yours sincerely
