CIRC 078: POA HEALTH AND SAFETY REPS

The NEC are updating the records we hold on our Health and Safety Reps database and would ask all Branch Committees to send us the details of their appointed Health and Safety Reps.

This will allow the NEC to co-ordinate the activities and training of our Health and Safety Reps.

The information we require is as follows: -

1.       Name and date of appointment
2.       Training record
3.       Contact details
Please send all information to Helen Whitaker at our North Regional Office in Leeds via email helen@poauk.org.uk.  This will assist the National Executive on the matter of health and safety facility time. If you are not registered with us, you are not recognised by the union as a Health and Safety Rep.
