SCOTLAND: RE: WORKPLACE BALLOT ON 2022/23 PAY OFFER

We will be conducting a workplace ballot in your place of work to gauge the members response to the SPS pay offer for 2022/23. 

Ballot papers should be available in each site by the close of play on Monday 27th June, and the ballot will run until Monday 18th July. 

Speak to your local branch reps for access to your ballot paper, and the positioning of the local branch ballot box to cast your vote. 

Anyone needing guidance or advice on any matter relating to the ballot and pay offer should speak to their local POA committee members in the first instance, or their SNC rep if necessary. 

Following the close of the ballot, all TUS constituent trade unions will meet to discuss their respective membership response to the offer, and the next steps. 

We will keep you informed of those at that time.
