SCOTLAND: SCOTTISH NATIONAL COMMITTEE ELECTIONS - SCOTTISH NATIONAL COMMITTEE CHAIR – ONE POST

Following the issue of Circulars 01/21 02/21 & 05/21 relating to the election of Scottish National Committee Chair, I can confirm that John Cairney, having received support from the branches listed below, is the sole nominee for the post.

It is therefore my pleasure to confirm that John Cairney, is elected and will take up the post of Scottish National Committee Chair for a 5-year term in office in May 2021. Congratulations to John, we wish him every success in his new role.
