Please find enclosed for your information the latest Gold briefing that has been forwarded to Governors. This affects all POA members in England and Wales. It is imperative that any disagreements relating to the progression of regimes are brought to the attention of Area NEC representatives so they may escalate any issues you may have.

Local committees should be fully engaged and receive additional facility time to ensure any regime progressions are agreed and maintain the safety of staff and prisoners.
