As part of the “Winning a Pay-Rise for Key Workers Campaign” the TUC’s Public Service Liaison Group, of which the POA is a member, is organising an eve of the budget rally on 2nd March 2021. The rally will set out our demands for a Workers’ Budget – which will provide a platform for us to talk about our pay, unemployment and decent work asks.
The Rally will hear from Anneliese Dodds, the Shadow Chancellor, Frances O’Grady, the General Secretary of the TUC as well as union leaders, international speakers, and frontline workers. The POA would greatly appreciate our members attending this Rally to push the agenda of Prison, Correctional and Secure Psychiatric Workers. The details of the Rally are;
