CIRC 121: POA SUBMISSION - ASSAULTS ON EMERGENCY WORKERS
As an interested party in this consultation the POA as the recognised trade union were invited to put our submission in by the Secretary of State Robert Buckland QC MP. The deadline for the submission was the 7th August which we complied with and so all POA members are aware of our submission we request that it is circulated to all members. We will keep you updated in any changes to legislation for assaults on Emergency Workers.
