Whatever your opinion may be about rats, two things can be agreed upon universally: they are extremely clever and very resilient.

In 1990, New York was the most unsafe city in the world. The rank and file within the police force was depleted, underfunded and under-resourced, and facing levels of criminality it was incapable of dealing with; morale was at an all-time low. This, of course, will sound only too familiar to POA members in our out-of-control workplaces.

 

Radon is a colourless, odourless radioactive gas formed by the radioactive decay of small amounts of uranium that occur naturally in all rocks and soils. Radon is everywhere, outdoors, and indoors. In most areas, levels are low and the risk to health small.
