"Prisoner Undercover RISONER UNDERCOVER" Documentary - Channel 4 Clarifies Their Position to The POA

Today the POA were contacted by representatives from Channel 4 following their press release in relation to the Dispatches documentary “Prisoner Undercover”.

Channel 4 has stated to the POA that Mr Evans contacted them in respect of the filming. Mr Evans has not been paid by Channel 4 and will not be paid by Channel 4 for his contribution in providing the video footage which was used in the making of the Dispatches programme.

The POA never intended to imply that Channel 4 has paid Mr Evans, but simply sought clarification in respect of any payment.
