DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY – DAY OF ACTION 10TH MAY 2012

I am pleased to report that on the 25th March 2015 in the County Court that the Judgement found in favour of the POA’s claim, in that only 4.5 hours pay (the length of the unworked shift) should have been deducted rather than 7.8, which was deducted due to the length of shift in question.
