Following the 28 day improvement notice served on NOMS by the National Executive Committee to ensure the health and safety of our members and those in our care was safeguarded, the NEC have been in discussion with NOMS on a variety of issues including violence, smoking in prisons, NPS and its damaging effects on both prisoners and staff.
