Communications: New Telephone System - POA Offices

New telephone systems have been installed in our offices in London, Leeds and Northern Ireland. The main switchboard numbers remain unchanged for all offices. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused over the past few weeks.

There have been a few changes to the automated system for Cronin House and they are as follows:

Main Options

1 Membership Department - for all membership enquiries.

2 Legal Department - for all legal enquiries and Assistant Secretary, Glyn Travis.

3 Finance & Accounts Department

Press 1 for the Finance Officer’s office

Press 2 for Accounts, Travel and Subsistence

4 Policy Department

Press 1 for the General Secretary’s office

Press 2 for the National Chairman and Vice Chair offices

Press 3 for the Deputy General Secretary’s office

Press 4 for Assistant Secretary Joe Simpson

5 HR & Admin Department - for all POA staff issues and Conference & Events arrangements.

6 Print and Dispatch Department – for all circulars and any printed material.

7 Press, Media and Public Relations – for all media and information requirements.

The automated arrangements for Linden House and Castell House remain the same.
