Report back on Annual Conference Emergency Motion A of 2012

A new and improved dual purpose POA membership application form has been issued to branches. This dual purpose form replaces the old membership application form, the gift aid form and the death benefit nomination form. The new form also has the facility for members to select their preferred direct debit date of either the 1st or 15th of the month.

Process and procedure have been put in place at the Unions head office and with the Union’s bankers to facilitate these changes.
