NEC call for a Special Delegates Conference


On the 10th October 2012, at the National Executive Meeting it was decided in accordance with Rule 12 to call a Special Delegates Conference at a time to be determined by the NEC. It was also agreed that the agenda would be formulated to cover 3 issues;

  • Competition Policy
  • Competition Benchmarking; and
  • Fair and Sustainable

In order to facilitate the Special Delegates Conference there are a number of administrative issues that need to be dealt with. All of this work is on-going and further reports will be promulgated in due course to advise affected branches of the date, venue, agenda, travel and subsistence arrangements and of course whether facility time has been agreed by NOMS.

I trust that you understand the difficulties faced by the Executive in determining a date, due to decisions which have to be made out side of our control.
