Pay Progression PO2's: Fair & Sustainable

Members of the Executive raised concerns in respect of the pay progression and options available to PO2’s with the introduction of Fair & Sustainable and changes to working practices within the Prison Service.

The POA HR Whitley Sub Committee have been dealing with these issues on behalf of the NEC and have received the attached clarification from NOMS’ Pay and Reward Group.

I trust this will assist any member who has concerns in respect of their pay and/or options.
