International Labour Organisation

In relation to Case number 2383 to the Committee for Freedom of Association about our Trade Union Rights, we have heard from Oksana Wolfson who is the legal officer for the International Labour Standards Department.

Case number 2383 was considered by the Committee at the end of November 2010 and due to the volume of Submission from the POA and the British Government, it has been determined by the panel to consider the case further in March 2011.

The Executive look forward to an outcome and recommendation hopefully in our favour, in order to push on to the European Courts appertaining to our claim for Trade Union Rights being restored.

Yours sincerely
